When you choose to work through Magic Umbrella or your recruitment agency instructs you to register with us for your employment and payroll, you join the Magic family. You become an employee of Magic Umbrella for your employment rights and your pay for the duration of your contract/temporary assignments.
We are strong believers in fair and reasonable costs, so we’re committed to offering you the market’s lowest fee for umbrella services of £5 per payslip. We charge you this fee to cover our administration costs, and we’re committed to keeping this as minimal as possible to ensure your rates remain competitive in the market, and your earnings are maximised.
If you choose to, and we hope you do, you remain an employee of Magic for as long as you continue your contracting work, whether you move agencies, or simply renew contracts or move onto a new site, your recruitment agency just needs to be informed that Magic Umbrella is your provider.

We make your weekly (or monthly) pay simple, easy and reliable and access to your payslips a click away via your Magic Umbrella app. We’ll also provide you with a trusted auto enrolment pension scheme through our partners Smart Pensions, so you know your financial future is being taken care of.
